View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Ji-hwan Park] Samjeong KPMG announced on the 4th that it signed a business agreement on the 3rd at the Korea Siemens headquarters in Chungjeong-ro, Seoul, with Korea Siemens Digital Industry to strengthen strategic cooperation in OT (Operational Technology) and ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security business.
The signing ceremony was attended by Daegil Jeong, Head of Consulting Division at Samjeong KPMG, Thomas Schmid, Head of Korea Siemens Digital Industry Division, and officials from both companies.
According to the agreement, both companies will collaborate in responding to cyber threats in key digital transformation industries such as industrial automation, smart buildings, and the energy industry. In particular, they will jointly promote OT and ICS security technology consulting and security solution businesses to provide a higher level of security services in response to the increasing demand for digital transformation.
