According to this agreement, Andong National University will train personnel in key local industries such as agriculture and food, bio and vaccines, cultural tourism, and AI convergence, while Andong City will support internship budgets for the personnel needed by companies.
Andong City has secured a budget of 492 million KRW this year to support companies' labor costs through the 'Local Company Long- and Short-term Internship Support Project,' providing support for up to six months per young person.
Through this business agreement, SK Bioscience will hire 30 local youths, and especially for those who complete the internship, they will be issued a certificate of career experience and receive preferential treatment in the first round of document screening when applying for regular employment.
