[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] Dongbang Seon-gi announced on the 3rd that its sales revenue last year was 21.5 billion KRW, down 8.8% from the previous year, and operating profit also decreased by 8.3%, resulting in a loss of 1.3 billion KRW. The net loss for the period reached 940 million KRW.
The company has faced operating losses for four consecutive years since 2017, bringing it to the brink of delisting. Dongbang Seon-gi explained, "The volume reduction and performance decline in the second half of 2020 were due to COVID-19."
