According to the city on the 3rd, with strengthened quarantine measures such as a ban on gatherings of five or more continuing, many elderly people are expected to spend the holiday alone, so care services will be provided proactively.
The target group includes a total of 400 households of elderly people living alone who are in the recovery period at home after hospital discharge, undergoing rehabilitation and outpatient treatment, and elderly people living alone suffering from chronic diseases.
The main services include health packages and psychological quarantine packages to prevent physical and cognitive decline caused by prolonged indoor life.
The health package consists of holiday meal packages such as rice cake soup and fruit for the holiday, and plant protein shakes.
The psychological quarantine package includes enjoyable items such as growing companion plants, filial puzzles, and Minhwa scratch art.
