Gunwi-gun Distributes 'Youth Job(JOB) Store' Booklet... Introducing Success Stories of Young Entrepreneurs
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Gunwi County announced on the 3rd that it will distribute the booklet "Gunwi Youth Job (JOB) Store," which contains success stories of young entrepreneurs who have actually started businesses through the youth startup support project conducted over the past three years.
The term "Youth Job (JOB) Store" is designed by combining "Youth General Store," meaning introducing young entrepreneurs active in various fields, with "JOB," which means employment.
The newly produced booklet and leaflet are organized to provide an overview of the activities of young CEOs, the products they sell, and their sales locations, and will be used as visual materials for promoting the fostering of young entrepreneurs.
Over the past three years, Gunwi County has selected 11 teams of young entrepreneurs in the region, providing each team with annual commercialization funds ranging from 12 million to 30 million KRW, basic education, mentoring, and training on the execution of commercialization funds to support early-stage young entrepreneurs.
Going forward, even after the project period ends, the county plans to manage participants' histories and current activities to encourage communication and various collaborations among young entrepreneurs, striving to revitalize youth enterprises.
This year's youth projects include the Youth Prospective Entrepreneur Fostering Project, Youth Startup Regional Settlement Support Project, and the 3rd Youth Media Creator Gunwi Supporters, with recruitment scheduled for March.
