Korea Investment & Securities and Woori Bank Hold Asset Management Seminar
[Asia Economy Reporter Junho Hwang] Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, held an asset management seminar on the 25th in collaboration with Woori Bank.
This was the first event held since the two companies signed a business agreement to provide differentiated financial services. The seminar was held under the theme "2021 Financial Market and Real Estate Market Outlook." Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was conducted in a non-face-to-face format, simultaneously broadcasted through each company's YouTube channel.
In the first part, Yoojong Woo, Head of the Research Center at Korea Investment & Securities, and Hyungjoong Park, Head of the Investment Strategy Team at Woori Bank, forecasted the domestic and international stock markets and economic environment for the coming year and introduced promising financial products. In the second part, Kyujung Kim, Head of the Asset Succession Research Institute at Korea Investment & Securities, and Myungsook Ahn, Head of the Real Estate Investment Support Center at Woori Bank, presented housing market analysis and customized real estate investment strategies.
President Ilmoon Jung said, "This asset management seminar, prepared together under the comprehensive business agreement with Woori Bank, was successfully concluded," adding, "As both companies have united their intentions to provide premium financial services, we will do our best to maximize synergy through all-round cooperation and lead to customer satisfaction."

Meanwhile, Korea Investment & Securities also signed a business agreement with Credit Suisse on the 19th. The agreement aims to provide top-level comprehensive financial services in the fields of asset management and business succession.
