On the 25th, Woori Financial Group held a donation ceremony for neighborly love funds at the Community Chest of Korea in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The donated funds will be used for various social contribution projects, including ▲support for overcoming the damage caused by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) ▲support for education of children and adolescents to bridge cultural gaps ▲scholarship support for vulnerable groups.
The event was attended by Sohn Tae-seung, Chairman of Woori Financial Group, and Ye Jeong-seok, Chairman of the Community Chest of Korea. Since 2009, Woori Financial Group has continuously shown interest and care for neighbors in need by participating in fundraising events every year.
