The Korea Rowing Association annually selects and awards outstanding organization awards, coaching awards, Oarsman awards, and exemplary referee awards. Among these, the outstanding organization award is given to seven organizations, and the coaching award is given to two coaches.
The Jinjusi Rowing Team received the 2020 Outstanding Organization Award in the men's general division and Coach Oh Su-jeong received the coaching award from the Korea Rowing Association.
The Jinjusi City Hall Rowing Team consists of a director, a coach, and seven athletes. Last year, they participated in various national rowing competitions, winning seven gold medals, one silver medal, and three bronze medals, and produced three national representatives, confirming their status as the strongest rowing team nationwide.
