The launching ceremony was filled with a time to share impressions and encouragement through real-time video, attended by the 5th term, the 4th term from last year, and bhc Chicken CEO Lim Geum-ok.
On the same day, the closing ceremony for the 4th term of the Haebaragi Volunteer Group, which ended its activities in December last year, was also held. Lee Ji-yeon and Lee Hye-in, who were selected as the best volunteers among the 4th term, received a scholarship, and all graduates are exempted from the document screening process when applying for a job at bhc Chicken.

The Haebaragi Volunteer Group is a university student volunteer group that started in 2017 as part of bhc Chicken's social contribution program ‘BSR (bhc+CSR)’ and has entered its 5th year this year. The Haebaragi Volunteer Group, which selects a total of 10 volunteers each year through a screening process, is characterized by discovering places in need of help and directly planning and executing volunteer activities. The 4th term of the Haebaragi Volunteer Group conducted a total of 23 volunteer activities last year, including meal distribution at free meal centers, sharing side dishes, caring for abandoned dogs, and supporting facilities for single mothers. The 5th term of the Haebaragi Volunteer Group, which will start full-scale activities from January this year, is organized into two teams of five members each and plans to carry out various community volunteer activities for one year until December.
