Kim Young-jin, the senior deputy floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, and Kim Sung-won, the senior deputy floor leader of the People Power Party, announced at the National Assembly on the morning of the 19th that "the opening ceremony of the 384th National Assembly will be held at 2 p.m. on February 1."
According to the agreement, the representative speeches of the ruling and opposition negotiation groups will be held at 10 a.m. on February 2 and 3. The Democratic Party will deliver the speech on the 2nd, and the People Power Party will take the floor on the 3rd.
From the 4th to the 8th, government questioning sessions on politics, diplomacy, unification, security, economy, education, society, and culture will be held in sequence.

The ruling and opposition parties agreed to set the activity period of committee subcommittees, such as the bill review subcommittee, from February 9 to 25, and to hold a plenary session for agenda processing at 2 p.m. on Friday, the 26th. The Democratic Party intends to submit and process bills including the Korean New Deal legislative tasks, the profit-sharing system, and the Small Business Loss Compensation Act during the February extraordinary session.
