Transition to a Two-Person System with Sung Min-seok and Neodal Excluding President Son Jung-won
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Hanon Systems announced on the 18th that it has appointed Sung Min-seok as the new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Additionally, the company changed its three-person co-CEO executive structure, which had been in place since 2019, to a two-person system.
With Son Jeong-won being appointed as Vice Chairman, Hanon Systems will now operate under a two-person leadership structure consisting of the new President Sung and President Nurdal Kuchukaya. President Sung will serve as the CEO of Hanon Systems.
