[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] SPC Group announced on the 18th that its total marketing solution specialized affiliate, ‘Secta9ine,’ will officially launch on the 19th.
‘Secta9ine’ is a digital marketing specialized company created by combining SPC Group’s accumulated platform business technology, marketing capabilities, and ICT business infrastructure. It was formed through the merger of the ICT affiliate ‘SPC Networks’ and ‘SPC Cloud,’ which has operated various marketing platform businesses such as Happy Point with 22 million members.
Under the vision of ‘Smart Life Technology Company,’ ‘Secta9ine’ plans to accelerate the group’s digital transformation and lead technology-based marketing platform businesses.
The CI (Corporate Identity) unveiled at the launch symbolizes an owl, a representation of wisdom and intelligence, expressing the belief in creating a smart daily life and happy living using next-generation technologies such as big data and AI.
The company name embodies the meaning of nine (Nine) business organizations (Secta) working together to generate strong synergy. Accordingly, the company plans to grow into a total solution company covering various digital marketing fields by adding four new business areas such as smart factory and ad commerce to the existing five business areas: membership marketing, mobile commerce, smart store, payment, and IT services.
To this end, they will further develop membership marketing services like ‘Happy Point’ and mobile commerce services such as ‘Happy Order,’ ‘Happy Con,’ and ‘Happy Market,’ and strengthen fintech business by launching the easy payment solution ‘Happy Pay.’ Additionally, they plan to actively utilize big data infrastructure to launch a marketing solution platform supporting store operations, launch an augmented reality-based marketing app, build a ‘Smart Factory Solution’ to improve quality management levels, and diversify their business portfolio by expanding digital advertising business.
Meanwhile, Secta9ine will also work on establishing a young and autonomous organizational culture. They will actively encourage employees to discover and attempt new business items, and establish a horizontal communication culture where roles and authority are assigned based on ability regardless of rank, enabling smarter and more passionate work.
