Sangju City Achieves Results with 'Treasure Trove TF Team', Operates Civil Servants' Idea Bank 'Hope Research Team'
Recruitment of Research Projects and Team Members for All Departments and Eupmyeondong Staff
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Sangju City announced on the 18th that it will operate the civil servant research group 'Future Sangju Hope Research Team' for the development of city administration.
The Hope Research Team, consisting of a total of 5 teams and about 50 members, autonomously conducts research on major issues or improvement plans of city administration and derives creative ideas and countermeasures that break away from existing methods.
Last year's success case of the Treasure Trove TF Team, composed of young employees, served as a motivation. The Treasure Trove TF Team achieved results by visiting various facilities and proposing revitalization plans from a new perspective, winning the grand prize at the Gyeongbuk Province Innovation Best Practice Competition and being introduced at the Government Innovation Expo.
The research tasks of the 'Future Sangju Hope Research Team' are set at two or more per team, including one designated task and one autonomous task. The designated tasks cover overall city administration matters such as job creation, New Deal projects, environment, and welfare.
Sangju City is recruiting research tasks and team members from all departments and township employees under the city until the 29th, and after screening, will finalize the research teams and tasks next month and begin full-scale research. Autonomous tasks can be freely selected and researched by each team.
Selected research teams will be supported with about 2 million KRW annually for activity expenses. The results of the 7-month research will be reflected in policies after internal discussions. Excellent research will be rewarded with incentives such as prize money and commendations.
