Yeonggwang-gun Accelerates Livestock Industry Competitiveness... 13 Billion KRW Invested in 78 Projects
[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seong-jeong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Jun-seong) announced on the 15th that it plans to invest a total of 13 billion KRW in 78 projects this year, including the livestock facility modernization project, to strengthen the competitiveness of the livestock industry.
The main projects include ▲livestock facility modernization project ▲ICT convergence project in the livestock sector ▲forage production infrastructure establishment project ▲livestock manure treatment support project ▲livestock farm odor reduction project ▲eco-friendly livestock promotion project ▲high-quality livestock product production project ▲livestock disease prevention project, among others.
The county has established detailed plans for support projects in livestock promotion and animal quarantine fields this year and is actively promoting this year’s project plans by delivering them to each eup and myeon as well as related livestock organizations.
Farmers wishing to apply for the projects can visit the eup or myeon where their livestock facility is located, refer to the project plans, and apply by the 3rd of next month.
