On the same day, Lee appeared on CBS Radio's 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show' and said, "Including myself, Emergency Committee Chairman Kim Jong-in and former lawmaker Lee Sang-don have all worked with Leader Ahn," adding, "All of us think that Leader Ahn’s actions will end somewhat anticlimactically. It’s because whenever Ahn enters politics, it’s always similar."
Lee said, "When Leader Ahn declared his candidacy for Seoul mayor, until then he was talking about a third zone theory, but this time he said he would become the unified opposition candidate, so I thought, 'The start is indeed different,'" and added, "But I think this pattern will ultimately play out the same way during the unification process."
He continued, "Those who have never worked with Leader Ahn still believe that centrism exists along with Ahn’s symbolism," and criticized, "That’s why they say it would be good to cooperate in some way, whether through alliance or merger, to expand the People Power Party’s share, but I think everyone should experience it once."

He changed his hairstyle, voice, and posters; everything was different," and pointed out, "This time the message has changed a bit, but he’s still saying things like 'It has to be me. If I run, we win; if you run, we lose.'"
He added, "Leader Ahn will say many things that could be very insulting depending on the listener," and claimed, "For example, he might say to People Power Party candidates, 'If you run, you will lose,' or 'Do you think votes will come if I join the People Power Party?'"
Lee said, "This is very concerning," and criticized, "These are remarks from the third zone theory days. When you become the unified opposition candidate and say you need People Power Party votes, you shouldn’t say things like that."
He added, "So far, Leader Ahn has shown many weaknesses in policies and TV debates once the election starts," and said, "The pattern we commonly know from Leader Ahn’s major runs, such as the presidential and Seoul mayoral elections, is likely to appear again."
