Gimhae-si to Operate Online Slo School
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province, will operate an online Slow School starting from the 13th.
The Slow School refers to education where Slow City citizen instructors visit citizens directly to promote understanding of Slow City and activate the Slow City movement.
However, due to the recent spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), face-to-face education has become difficult, so lectures are produced as videos and broadcast on YouTube as an online Slow School.
The online Slow School is operated through the city’s official YouTube channel, ‘Gaya Wangdo Gimhae TV,’ and anyone can watch it.
It will be operated from the 13th until COVID-19 stabilizes, with video materials on four weekly topics (Basics of Slow City, Slow Tourism, Slow Life, Slow Food) uploaded in a relay format.
