On the 12th at 3 p.m., the district office received a donation of 40.66 million KRW in cash and mask straps and books worth 9.85 million KRW from the Woorim Blue Nine Tenant Companies Association (Chairman Seong Rak-young) in the mayor's office.
Since 2011, the Woorim Blue Nine Tenant Companies Association has donated a total of about 280 million KRW, leading the creation of a warm local community through sharing management.
The donated funds and goods will be delivered to local children's centers and low-income families.
On the same day at 3:30 p.m., the Veterans Welfare Culture and Arts Foundation donated 50 boxes of corn noodles and 30 boxes of rice cakes to be given to low-income residents in the area.
The donated goods will be distributed to basic livelihood security recipients and children suffering from food shortages through the Food Bank.
