Financial Supervisory Service Conducts Non-Face-to-Face Compliance Training for Insurance Agencies
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] The Financial Supervisory Service announced on the 12th that it will conduct non-face-to-face compliance training for insurance agencies in collaboration with the Life Insurance Association, the General Insurance Association, and the Agency Association.
The financial supervisory authorities have produced and distributed a manual book and created educational videos, which have been posted so that they can be taken anytime and anywhere as desired.
The manual book is designed to be easily understood, focusing on frequently violated regulations by recruitment workers, and is made to be freely used without restrictions of time and place.
It also includes repeated violation cases, a checklist to prevent violations, and changes due to the implementation of new systems such as the Financial Consumer Protection Act.
The educational videos cover overall content related to insurance solicitation that recruitment workers must thoroughly understand and comply with, as well as recently changed sanction standards.
