DB Insurance Launches 'Understanding Ten Million Customers' Campaign
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] DB Insurance announced on the 12th that it conducted the ‘Thank You to Guinness Customers Celebrating 10 Million Customers’ campaign as part of the ‘2021 Customer Awareness’ event.
DB Insurance’s Customer Awareness, which began in 2004 with visits to excellent customers, conducted campaigns for dissatisfied customers in 2011, long-term uncontacted customers in 2012, heir insurance claim recovery and dormant insurance money recovery in 2013, and fire insurance risk management consulting campaigns in 2014. It has continuously carried out campaigns to recover dormant and unpaid insurance money to date.
Especially this year, due to the COVID-19 situation, the event was held in an untact (contactless) manner. To commemorate reaching 10 million customers, CEO appreciation videos were sent via mobile to long-term retained and accident-free excellent customers, and vice presidents, head office executives, and subsidiary representatives personally called to greet and listen to customer opinions.
