Standard Association Hosts 'Essential Ministry of Employment and Labor Subsidy Tips Seminar for Businesses'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Standards Association announced that it will hold a free seminar titled 'Essential Ministry of Employment and Labor Subsidy Tips for Businesses' twice on the 14th and 26th of this month to help companies understand various government subsidies during the difficult times caused by the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
This seminar will be held online and will provide guidance on various Ministry of Employment and Labor subsidies, including employment retention subsidies, work-life balance job incentives, Youth Tomorrow Savings Program, and maternity protection-related subsidies, covering eligible recipients, subsidy amounts, and application procedures.
Kwon Oh-seong, Head of the Management Innovation Division at the Korea Standards Association, said, "If the Ministry of Employment and Labor subsidy programs are well utilized, both employers and employees can mutually benefit and help create a better working environment." He added, "We hope that through this seminar, companies will enhance their understanding of the subsidy programs and receive practical assistance to overcome these challenging times."
