Unidentified Male Body Found at Samyang-dong Port, Jeju
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters (Jeju) Reporter Hwang Jeongpil] The Jeju Coast Guard announced on the morning of the 10th that they discovered the body of a male at Beollang Port in Samyang 3-dong, Jeju City, and are currently verifying the identity.
According to the Jeju Coast Guard, at around 9:52 a.m. that day, they received a civil complaint reporting a body-like figure at the Samyang-dong port. They immediately dispatched police officers from the Jeju Coast Guard substation to preserve the scene. Afterwards, the Jeju Coast Guard's criminal investigation unit transferred the body to a large hospital in the city to verify the identity.
