According to the Gwangju Northern Fire Station on the 8th, a report of a fire at a commercial building in Yongbong-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, was received around 2:30 PM that day.
The fire is being extinguished by firefighters who arrived at the scene five minutes after the report was received.
It has not been confirmed whether there were any casualties.
The reporter is known to have called 119 reporting that the fire started from a heater.
