Lotte Construction Holds Management Strategy Meeting and Safety Culture Proclamation Ceremony
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Lotte Construction announced on the 8th that it held the 2021 Management Strategy Meeting and Safety Culture Declaration Ceremony to foster a safe corporate culture at its headquarters located in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The event was conducted non-face-to-face to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). At the venue, each division presented Lotte Construction’s management plan for this year, and an external invited lecturer also gave a lecture.
Lotte Construction set this year’s slogan as “A year to strengthen the foundation for sustainable growth through innovation across the organization!” To this end, it pledged to secure new growth engines by enhancing group synergy, developer capabilities, and technological skills, and to strengthen profitability through company-wide innovation of the cost management system. It also plans to continuously expand overseas business by strengthening its dominance in global hub markets such as Vietnam and Indonesia.
Furthermore, Lotte Construction plans to create an efficient organizational culture by eliminating inefficient processes through innovation in working methods. It also aims to pursue compliance management faithful to basics and principles, quality innovation, and strengthening safety awareness to create customer value, which is the ultimate goal of the company.
On the same day, Lotte Construction also held a Safety Culture Declaration Ceremony, declaring safety as the top priority value in corporate management and reaffirming its commitment to establishing a safety culture in daily life.
