Samsung Card's Pet Companion Campaign... "Part of ESG Management"
50,000 Apartment Elevators in Seoul and Gyeonggi Area to Screen Content via Elevator TVs
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Samsung Card announced on the 7th that it will screen the 'Pet Companion Campaign' videos through elevator TVs in over 50,000 apartments in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas.
This campaign is being conducted as part of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) management in collaboration with the lifestyle communication company 'Focus Media Korea.' The videos consist of pet etiquette and common sense information produced by Samsung Card's 'Ajinyangi.' A total of six videos will be screened for two weeks each on apartment elevator TVs over three months until April 4.
The pet campaign videos cover topics such as ▲pet etiquette when walking with a dog ▲what to do when meeting a dog in an elevator ▲how to greet a dog you meet for the first time ▲how old is our dog or cat in human years ▲can a human cold be transmitted to a dog ▲foods that are dangerous for pets to eat.
Ajinyangi is one of Samsung Card's community services that provides highly specialized content for pets and pet owners. It has received positive responses through various mobile contents such as free one-on-one veterinary consultations, consultation chatbots, viewing adoption stories of abandoned animals, and checking walking indices. Additionally, it has been continuously conducting pet campaigns in cooperation with local governments such as Seoul and Gyeonggi by providing adoption boxes when adopting abandoned animals.
