Rice Delivery Ceremony Held at Dongdaemun-gu Office at 4 PM on the 6th

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Yoo Deok-yeol) announced that at 4 p.m. on the 6th, the Korea New Knowledge Workers Association Central Committee (President Kim Jong-baek) visited Dongdaemun-gu Office and donated 1,040 kg of rice (104 bags of 10 kg each, equivalent to 3.01 million KRW).
Established in 1999, the Korea New Knowledge Workers Association Central Committee took over the task of discovering and selecting new knowledge workers from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in 2007 and began the work of discovering new knowledge workers.
The district plans to distribute the donated rice to vulnerable groups in the community.

Yoo Deok-yeol, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, said, “In the New Year of the Year of the Ox, we thank the Korea New Knowledge Workers Association Central Committee for donating rice to help neighbors in need,” and added, “Dongdaemun-gu will continue to support vulnerable groups to ensure there are no blind spots in welfare this year.”
