Supporting Everything from Land Compensation Consulting to Asset Management Solutions
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 6th that it will launch the ‘IBK Land Compensation Core Supporters (core-supporters),’ an asset management solution for customers receiving land compensation payments.
The supporters consist of tax accountants and real estate experts from the head office Asset Management Strategy Department, asset management (WM) centers of IBK Industrial Bank, and private bankers (PB) from IBK Investment & Securities. They will utilize WM centers nationwide as bases and conduct marketing together with IBK Investment & Securities to enhance synergy.

They will provide consulting on transfer, gift, inheritance, and real estate valuation necessary during the land compensation process and offer asset management solutions for land compensation bonds. Additionally, specialized services such as comprehensive financial income taxation and free gift reporting agency will be provided. An IBK Industrial Bank official stated, “We formed the supporters to secure new customers and create new profit bases,” adding, “We will provide high-quality asset management services for land compensation payments and land compensation bonds.”
