Fubon Hyundai Life Reduces Rent for Small Businesses in Office Building
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Fubon Hyundai Life announced on the 5th that it will reduce rent by 50% for three months for small business owners within its office buildings to help overcome difficulties caused by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The target period is three months from January to March, and the support targets are small business owners operating saunas, sports centers, cafes, academies, and small self-employed businesses within the office buildings who are experiencing difficulties in business due to the implementation of social distancing.
Fubon Hyundai Life owns office buildings in Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Wonju in Gangwon-do, and Goseong, and last year also reduced rent by 50% for three months for small business owners within its office buildings.
