The visit was attended by a minimal number of people to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), honoring the patriotic spirit of the fallen patriots, democratization, and national defense spirits, and praying for overcoming COVID-19 and the happiness of the residents.
First, Chairman Kim visited the National March 15 Democratic Cemetery to offer flowers and incense in tribute to the noble intentions of the victims, leaving a message in the memorial book stating, "I will deeply remember the noble sacrifices of the March 15 spirits and strive for the development of the Republic of Korea."
He then visited the Changwon Chung-hon Tower, which enshrines the memorial tablets of national defense spirits from the Gyeongnam region, leaving the message, "Your sacrifices have made today's Republic of Korea possible."

Chairman Kim stated, "In 2021, the Provincial Council will prioritize revitalizing the Gyeongnam economy, focusing all legislative activities not only on Gyeongnam's core industries but also on normalizing the everyday economy.
