Born in 1959, President Si is a former POSCO Construction executive, having served as Managing Director from 2007 to 2010, Executive Director from 2010 to 2014, and Vice President from 2014 to 2015. He was appointed President of Shindonga Construction in February last year. President Si is credited with leading emotional and communication management with employees, significantly improving the company's order performance last year.
