View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) received COVID-19 relief supplies worth 30 million KRW from the nonprofit organization Happy Giver (Chairman Kwon Tae-il).
Happy Giver is an NGO that supports low-income families, single mothers, people with disabilities, and at-risk youth who are in welfare blind spots.
At the donation ceremony held on the 30th of last month, singer Joella, who serves as a public ambassador for Jungnang-gu, also participated. Jungnang-gu stated that this donation was made upon Joella's recommendation.
The donated items, including COVID-19 masks, hand sanitizers, sanitary pads, and baby winter clothes, will be distributed to low-income households struggling due to COVID-19 in the area through the Jungnang Food Market (Myeonmok branch).
