Lotte Hi-Mart Holds 'New Year Refresh Sale' Throughout January
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Lotte Hi-Mart is holding a "New Year Refresh Sale" at stores nationwide from January 1 to 31, 2021, to welcome the new year. They have prepared various events from the beginning of the year, including the "Lotte Hi-Mart X Samsung Electronics Sale Festa" in collaboration with Samsung Electronics, prize giveaways, and participation events.
During the entire month of January, the "Lotte Hi-Mart X Samsung Electronics Sale Festa" held at Lotte Hi-Mart stores nationwide will offer discounts on Samsung Electronics planned models such as TVs, washing machines, and clothes dryers, along with additional benefits like cashback. When paying with event cards, customers can receive up to KRW 750,000 back in cash depending on the payment amount, and enjoy 36-month interest-free installment plans.
Various events have also been prepared. The "Welcome Year of the Ox" prize event allows customers who purchase over KRW 300,000 at offline stores to enter. A total of 2,021 winners will be selected by drawing. The first prize (1 winner) will receive a 10-don gold bar, the second prize (20 winners) will receive a 1-don gold bar, and the third prize (2,000 winners) will receive 1,000 L.POINT points.
In the "Welcome Ox Zodiac" event, additional discounts are offered to customers born in the Year of the Ox. Customers born in 1973, 1985, or 1997 who have joined the Lotte Hi-Mart membership and purchase over KRW 1,000,000 without item restrictions at Lotte Hi-Mart stores will receive an immediate KRW 100,000 discount.
The "Hi-Mart Welcome" participation event requires posting a New Year's wish and event hashtag on a personal Instagram account, then accessing the event link announced on Lotte Hi-Mart’s official Instagram to enter. Among the participants, 50 winners will be drawn to receive air fryers, and 1,000 winners will receive KRW 10,000 gifticons for 7-Eleven.
