Elderly Person Dies 2 Hours After Receiving COVID-19 Vaccine in Israel... Authorities Launch Investigation

According to local media including The Times of Israel and The Jerusalem Post, the Israeli Ministry of Health announced that a 75-year-old man living in Beit She'an in the north died at home about two hours after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
The man received the COVID-19 vaccine developed by the American pharmaceutical company Pfizer and the German company BioNTech at a hospital around 8:30 a.m. the previous day. Shortly after arriving home, he lost consciousness and was reported to have died of a heart attack. The Israeli Ministry of Health stated that in the early stages of the investigation, there appears to be no link between the man's death and the vaccine, and that the deceased had underlying conditions such as heart disease and cancer.
