[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Amidst the high viewership ratings of various competition programs, an audition platform that uses blockchain technology to fundamentally prevent the possibility of tampering with voting records is gaining attention.
NextTrust announced on the 28th that it demonstrated its technological capability by launching the audition platform 'MyStarPick' in the second half of this year, attracting numerous auditions in a short period and securely storing over 400,000 voting records.
Voting for various auditions, ranging from major domestic selection contests such as Mister International and Miss Grand Korea to fitness competitions, model contests, and kids' competitions, has been conducted on MyStarPick. MyStarPick plans to provide integration features with blockchain wallets embedded in KakaoTalk in the future.
