[Tomorrow's Weather] Temperature Rises with Rain in Southern Regions and Jeju

The rain will start in the morning on Jeju Island, expand to the southern regions during the day, and continue until night. There will also be occasional rain in the southern Chungcheong region during the day.
Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 40 mm for Jeju Island and the southern coast, and around 5 mm for the southern Chungcheong and southern regions. In northern Gyeonggi and northern Gangwon Yeongseo, less than 5 mm of rain or snow is expected from night.
Temperatures will rise somewhat due to the inflow of warm air, with morning lows forecasted to be higher than average at -5°C to 6°C, and daytime highs ranging from 6°C to 13°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Sejong, Chungbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, while other regions will see levels from 'good' to 'normal'. Incheon is expected to have temporarily 'bad' levels in the morning.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 m in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1.0 m in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 2.0 m in the South Sea nearshore. Offshore wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2 m in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2 m in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 3 m in the South Sea.
