On the 26th, Gyeongnam Province announced that it is strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium automobile parts companies in the province by improving automobile parts manufacturing processes.
Since April, the province has been promoting facility improvements through consultations on process simplification, production equipment improvement, and material reduction for 14 companies selected through an open competition.
As a result, it achieved more than 3.6 billion KRW in direct and indirect sales expansion and job creation this year through manufacturing cost reduction and quality improvement.
By transitioning to eco-friendly automobile parts manufacturing, it aims to secure competitiveness in the future automobile industry.
The province plans to actively support the promotion of the future automobile industry transition and the advancement of the manufacturing ecosystem.
