[Asia Economy Reporter Baek Kyunghwan] A staff member working in a technical position at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office has been confirmed positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
According to the legal community on the 24th, one employee of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office was confirmed positive for COVID-19 around 11 p.m. the previous day.
In response, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office immediately activated the 'COVID-19 Immediate Response Team,' closed the first floor of the annex building where the confirmed patient's office is located, and disinfected the premises. Additionally, 21 individuals identified as primary contacts were placed under self-quarantine and underwent COVID-19 testing. Furthermore, 49 secondary contacts identified will also self-quarantine until the test results of the primary contacts are available.
