By using the new connecting road, it is possible to easily access the urban planning road toward Oiljang without passing through the airport entrance intersection.
The Jeju Regional Headquarters started construction of a connecting road directly linking the internal road in the direction of exit from Jeju Airport and the urban planning road between Jeju City Airport and Oiljang, with a total length of 175m (one lane one way), from September this year to relieve congestion around the airport entrance area, and opened it after 4 months. The total project cost was about 550 million KRW.
