[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Gachon University Gil Medical Center has received the highest grade, 'A grade,' in this year's emergency medical institution evaluation.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare conducts an annual evaluation of regional emergency medical institutions nationwide, assessing facilities, equipment, personnel, work content, and outcomes across 7 areas and over 40 indicators. The 2020 evaluation is based on services provided from July last year to January this year.
Gil Medical Center ranked among the top nationwide in multiple indicators such as length of stay for severe patients, responsible treatment, sharing rate, and provision of final treatment, receiving an overall score of 94.7 points and an A grade.
