This inspection focused on whether 51 entertainment bars and karaoke bars, which are subject to gathering bans, complied with the ban, and whether 143 restaurants, cafes, and snack bars, where quarantine guidelines are mandatory, adhered to the quarantine rules.
As a result of the inspection, minor violations were administratively guided, and it was confirmed that there was no eating or drinking inside the business premises after 9 p.m.
Gu In-mo, the mayor of Geochang County, said, “We understand the pain and difficulties of business owners due to COVID-19, but to prevent the spread, please strictly follow the quarantine rules, and we hope users also comply well with the business owners’ guidance.”
