[Today’s Weather] Cold Eases... Most of the Country Experiences 'Bad' Fine Dust Levels

The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Temperatures will rise sharply, ending the severe cold." Warm westerly winds will bring low cloud bands, causing snowfall in some areas.
There will be sporadic snow flurries in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, central and southern Gangwon Province, and northern Chungcheong Province. In the afternoon, raindrops will fall in parts of southern Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, and northern Jeonnam.
Expected snowfall and precipitation amounts are around 1cm and less than 5mm respectively in northern Gangwon Province.
Morning low temperatures by region are forecast as follows: △Seoul 0°C △Chuncheon -7°C △Gangneung 1°C △Daejeon -2°C △Cheongju -2°C △Daegu -1°C △Gwangju 0°C △Jeonju -1°C △Busan 2°C △Jeju 6°C.
Daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 7°C △Chuncheon 4°C △Gangneung 9°C △Daejeon 7°C △Cheongju 7°C △Daegu 8°C △Gwangju 10°C △Jeonju 8°C △Busan 10°C △Jeju 13°C.
Fine dust levels are forecast to be bad in the Seoul metropolitan area, western Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk regions, and normal in other areas.
