The health management specialist Huray Positive is in charge of operations, and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance provides healthcare content and expertise based on its experience operating the diabetes management service My Health Note. Gangbuk Samsung Hospital is responsible for medical consultation.
As the first mobile health management service for office workers in Korea, it helps employees who already suffer from or are at risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes to prevent and manage these conditions.
The risk of brain and cardiovascular diseases is measured through a simple survey, and based on this, 12-week intensive management and general management programs are provided respectively.
Users can record health information such as blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, diet, and exercise, or automatically record data using a blood glucose meter with Bluetooth or NFC functionality. When users input the food they have eaten, calories are also calculated, and the number of steps taken during the day is automatically measured. Based on the entered health records, counseling messages from health managers are provided under the consultation of Gangbuk Samsung Hospital.
Specialized health information by disease and topic is also provided weekly. If users have questions during disease management, they can inquire with health managers. However, responses are limited to the scope of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's non-medical health management service guidelines.
Infectious disease prevention programs, such as for COVID-19, are also supported. Symptoms are checked through temperature measurement and symptom questionnaires, and information or messages are provided to enable appropriate responses in case of abnormalities.
