Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Halts Plant Production Due to Partial Strike Over Labor Negotiations
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] Hyundai Heavy Industries, a subsidiary of Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, announced on the 18th that production at workplaces such as ship manufacturing will be halted due to a partial strike related to the 2020 wage collective bargaining of Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries.
Production will be stopped for 6 hours each from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the 19th.
