Lee Doohaeng Appointed as the 36th Head of Korea Expressway Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Lee Doo-haeng (56), Director of Disaster Management at Korea Expressway Corporation, has been appointed as the 36th Head of the Gwangju-Jeonnam Headquarters of Korea Expressway Corporation.
In his inaugural speech, Director Lee emphasized, "Based on the core task of highway maintenance, we must do our best to establish a perfect snow removal system and prevent traffic accidents to ensure safe highways for the public."
He added, "We will create a Gwangju-Jeonnam Headquarters that satisfies both customers and employees through an honest organization where all staff lead by example according to the public's expectations, and through a culture of innovation and communication."

Meanwhile, Director Lee was born in 1964 in Gwangju Metropolitan City, graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Chonnam National University and the Department of Transportation Engineering (Master's) at Ajou University. He joined Korea Expressway Corporation in 1989 and has served as Head of Technology at the Gwangju-Jeonnam Headquarters, Head of Suwon Branch, and Director of Disaster Management at the headquarters.
