[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Assemblyman Jo O-seop (The Democratic Party of Korea, Gwangju Buk-gu Gap) received the '2020 National Assembly Inspection National Interest and People's Welfare Award (Outstanding Assemblyman Award)' selected by the NGO Monitoring Group.
Assemblyman Jo was honored to receive the excellent assemblyman award for the third consecutive time, following the 'Top 10 Assemblymen for Excluding Political Strife and Practicing Livelihood' selected by the Consumer Sovereignty Citizens' Meeting and the '2020 National Assembly Inspection Excellent Assemblyman Award' from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Labor Union.
The NGO Monitoring Group for the National Assembly Inspection is an organization that has evaluated and analyzed the National Assembly inspections for 22 years since the 15th National Assembly. Experts from various fields serve as evaluators, comprehensively monitoring the standing committee inspections and selecting outstanding assemblymen through detailed evaluations.

He was also evaluated as leading policy inspections by proposing various alternatives on regional issues such as the overwork death of delivery workers, hazardous material transportation systems, public safety, the safe freight vehicle fare system, the full management system for taxis, and the poor demand forecasting at Songjeong Station.
