Announcement of Final Successful Candidates for the Building Energy Assessor Qualification Exam

The Building Energy Evaluator is a national professional qualification responsible for green building-related tasks such as Green Building Certification (G-Seed), energy efficiency rating evaluation, and green remodeling projects. Candidates are selected through a comprehensive evaluation of theory and practice in architecture, mechanical, electrical, and renewable energy fields.

A total of 240 candidates took the exam this time, with 27 (11.3%) passing. Among the 27 successful candidates, those in their 30s accounted for the highest proportion at 33%. The highest score was 70 points, the oldest successful candidate was 66 years old, and the youngest was 27 years old. The pass rates by age group were 20s (11%), 30s (33%), 40s (26%), 50s (15%), and 60s (15%).
