Emotional Stability Support for 240 Local Elderly
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk announced on the 16th that it carried out volunteer activities distributing COVID-19 safety kits and companion plants to 240 elderly residents in the area over three months from October to December in collaboration with the Uljin-gun Comprehensive Volunteer Center.
This volunteer activity is part of a program selected for the '2020 Uljin-gun Volunteer Excellent Program Contest Project.'
Jamjamjam Volunteer Association (President Joo Eun-hee) produced and delivered 120 multipurpose storage basket kits containing six types of medical (external) supplies, and Uljin Wildflower Research Association (President Cha Young-sook) produced and delivered 120 air-purifying companion plants.
