Hana Life Insurance, 'Sarang-ui Teolmosa Ttugi' Newborn Saving Campaign
Scheduled for delivery to Vietnam around mid-January
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hana Life announced on the 16th that it will carry out the 'Knitting Hats of Love' campaign to save newborns in underdeveloped countries. This campaign is a representative winter volunteer activity conducted annually by Hana Life, and this year marks the ninth time.
This campaign, prepared to practice the spirit of Hana Financial Group's sharing festival 'Modu Hana Day,' is a participatory donation volunteer activity where employees directly knit hats to be sent to countries with high newborn mortality rates, supporting safe childbirth and health care for mothers and newborns.

Hana Life has conducted hat knitting classes every year for employees who applied for the campaign, but this year, due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the classes were held online instead. The hats made by Hana Life employees are scheduled to be delivered to Vietnam in mid-January next month through the NGO 'Together with Love Field' (Hamkkehaneun Sarangbat).
