NS Home Shopping Signs Business Agreement with Jeollanam-do to Expand Sales Channels for Agricultural Specialties

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] NS Home Shopping has signed a business agreement with Jeollanam-do to promote and expand the sales channels of excellent agricultural and specialty products.
The signing ceremony, held on the 15th at the Jeollanam-do Provincial Office's Jeong Yak-yong Room, was attended by NS Home Shopping Co-CEO Jangmok Cho, Jeollanam-do Governor Youngrok Kim, and officials in charge of agriculture and livestock. At this event, NS Home Shopping and Jeollanam-do agreed to work together to expand TV home shopping and online sales channels for Jeonnam's agricultural and specialty products through mutual cooperation.
Through this agreement, NS Home Shopping and Jeollanam-do will jointly promote ▲discovery of excellent agricultural and specialty products from Jeonnam ▲support for market development and marketing activation through TV home shopping ▲support for store openings on ‘NS Mall’ and ‘NS Shop Plus’ ▲installation and operation of a ‘Jeonnam Agricultural and Specialty Products Brand Hall’ on NS Mall ▲and revitalization of the local economy in Jeonnam, including travel products and rural experience tourism.
NS Home Shopping has experience selling hit products discovered in Jeollanam-do, such as Wando live abalone, Yeosu mustard kimchi, Haenam sweet potatoes, Sinan shrimp soy sauce, and Muan purple onion juice. With this business agreement, it is expected to introduce a wider variety of excellent agricultural and specialty products from Jeollanam-do to consumers.
Additionally, the plan is to contribute to realizing Jeollanam-do’s vision of ‘fostering a knowledge-based agro-biological industry leading the 4th Industrial Revolution era’ by increasing farmers’ income and enhancing customer satisfaction.
