GGM Headquarters Director and Experienced Positions Open Recruitment... First Introduction of AI Competency Test
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Gwangju Global Motors Co., Ltd. (GGM) announced on the 15th that it will publicly recruit the Head of Production Quality Headquarters and the 6th general staff career employees.
In this recruitment, a total of 12 people will be selected, including 2 manager-level positions in production, production quality, and management support fields, and 9 assistant manager-level positions.
Regarding eligibility, the head-level requires more than 20 years of experience in the related field, manager-level requires more than 5 years, and assistant manager-level requires more than 3 years.
GGM plans to select talent that fits the company's ideal type through the AI competency test introduced for the first time in this recruitment.
The AI competency test is an artificial intelligence technology that scientifically analyzes applicants' competencies using brain neuroscience-based analysis technology.
Applications are being accepted through the recruitment specialist company Midasin from the 14th until the 24th.
GGM plans to announce the final successful candidates at the end of January next year after going through the AI competency test, document screening, and interview screening processes.
