Vivian Launches Premium Sock Brand 'Seryu'
1-Year Free Replacement Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Vivian, a leading lingerie company in Korea, has launched ‘Cercleu,’ a premium sock brand for grooming men (a newly coined term referring to men who invest generously in fashion and beauty).
This is the first time Vivian, known for its women's stockings, tights, and socks, has introduced socks targeting male consumers. The company is expanding its target market through this new product line extension.
Cercleu expresses the image of confident and dignified men through a logo featuring the Doberman, a symbol of intelligence. The brand offers a variety of styles, from premium socks made with unique patterns and luxurious materials to basic socks suitable for everyday use.
As a premium brand, it provides a one-year free exchange service. If holes appear on the frequently rubbed toe or heel areas, customers can exchange the product for a new one once per item. This service, rarely seen in sock brands, aims to enhance customer satisfaction.
A Vivian representative stated, “We planned the premium sock brand in line with the recent trend where people of all ages prefer items that express their individuality. We aim to actively approach customers who seek small luxury with differentiated products and services.”
